Useless Real Estate Middle Men and How to Avoid Them!

I am not totally convinced this article has total value.  I have used Service Magic, with positive results to find a contractor to do various jobs or selection of products like windows.  Realtor.com provides pictures of available properties form the local MLS…  since they do not have access to the MLS.  The article by Joe Cline – Austin Real Estate Broker may bring up some useful points that you may not have considered.  http://www.articlesbase.com/real-estate-articles/useless-real-estate-middle-men-and-how-to-avoid-them-310320.html
