Active Properties consistently utilizes the services of Willis Home Inspection, Barry Willis.  Barry will actually charge more for an inspection should the buyer/s determine to arrive to “help out” and walk the inspection “live” with Barry.  Preference:  allow room for Barry to do his inspecting, and wait for the at end of inspection gathering to listen to a detailed review of what will be in the report.
