For those individuals that are looking to the condo / townhome as affordable housing to purchase is not going to be remedied any time soon.  And, there will continue to be a shortage of affordable condos.

The consequence of the Colorado legislature not being able to enact a reform bill means that affordable housing in the form of condos will not help the supply vs demand equation.
