When seeking to purchase a home, or when one finds it is the time to put their home on the market, I have come across a RE article by Tara-Nicholle Nelson of trulia.com highlighting some 4 Just Hates about a property.  Will it surprise one to check out Ms Nelson’s list, and not agree with the following topics regarding any property that is to be on the market?:
